10月24日下午，黎巴嫩中阿合作与发展协会会长Kassem Tofailli来我校9728太阳集团访问，双方在高新校区立心楼419会议室举行了座谈会。座谈会由9728太阳集团院长李伟主持。
李伟向来宾表示欢迎，并介绍了9728太阳集团的办学特色、学科建设成果以及师生结构情况。Kassem Tofailli介绍了该协会在教育与文化交流领域的主要工作内容，表达了与我校在师资培训、学生交流等方面开展合作的意愿。9728太阳集团副院长冯琳介绍了9728太阳集团在外语教学、跨文化交流以及国际化人才培养方面的现状。对外合作交流与校友工作处处长田富平表示，学校将积极促进双方在教育国际化、合作交流等领域精准对接。

Mr. Kassem Tofailli, President of Arab Chinese Cooperation and Development Association from Lebanon, Visits Our University
On the afternoon of October 24, 2025, Mr. Kassem Tofailli, President of the Arab Chinese Cooperation and Development Association, Lebanon, visited College of Foreign Languages. During the visit, a symposium was held in Conference Room 419 in Lixin Building, hosted by Professor Li Wei, Dean of the College of Foreign Languages.
Professor Li Wei extended a warm welcome to the guest and presented an overview of the College of Foreign Languages, including its educational features, achievements in discipline development, and faculty–student composition. Following this, Mr. Kassem Tofailli introduced the major initiatives of the Arab Chinese Cooperation and Development Association in promoting educational and cultural exchanges. He further emphasized that he is strongly interested in developing collaboration with Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in fields such as teacher training and student exchange. Meanwhile, associate Dean Feng Lin introduced academic achievements in foreign language teaching, intercultural communication, and the cultivation of internationally competent talents. Finally, Director Tian Fuping from Office of External Cooperation, Exchange, and Alumni Affairs emphasized that the university will actively promote practical cooperation between both parties in the fields of educational internationalization and academic exchange.
After the meeting, Mr. Kassem Tofailli was guided with a tour on campus.
Other faculty members from the College of Foreign Languages also attended the meeting.
